The NPC Virginia Clash of the Titans is not just another bodybuilding competition—it’s exclusively for True Novice and Novice athletes. Whether you’re stepping on stage for the very first time or still finding your stride, this is your opportunity to:
- Take the Leap: Compete in a welcoming environment designed for newcomers.
- Gain Confidence: Perfect your stage presence with peers who are also new to the NPC scene.
- Receive Constructive Feedback: Learn from experienced judges to improve your performance for future competitions.
- Compete on Equal Ground: No experienced competitors here (other than the staff, judges and volunteers)—all competitors are True Novice or Novice.
- Qualify for the IFBB Pro League NPC Worldwide Ben Weider Naturals PRO/AM Show: Step on stage as an All Natural Titan and earn your qualification to compete at the Ben Weider Naturals.
Eligibility Requirements: Who Can Compete at the Clash of the Titans?
The NPC Virginia Clash of the Titans is exclusively for:
- True Novice: Athletes who have never competed on an NPC stage before.
- Novice: Athletes who have not placed in the top 10 at an NPC show.
Note: Athletes may compete in both True Novice/Novice AND a Masters or Open class if they qualify. You may register for more classes for additional registration fees.
Divisions & Classes Available:
- Men’s Divisions: Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique
(Classes in each Division include: True Novice, Novice, Masters and Open) - Women’s Divisions: Women’s Physique, Figure, Wellness, Bikini
(Classes in each Division include: True Novice, Novice, Masters and Open)
SHOW DAY SCHEDULE - ONE DAY ONLY EVENT
Kick off the day by checking in, picking up your competitor number, and receiving your event packet. This is your time to settle in, meet fellow athletes, and prepare mentally for the big day.
Join this empowering seminar designed for first-time competitors. Get insider tips on posing, peak week strategies, and what it takes to excel on the NPC stage. Perfect for easing last-minute nerves!
After the Seminar, athletes will head back stage to start preparing for stage time.
The competition begins! Athletes will take the stage for pre-judging, where they will showcase their physique in front of the judges. This round is crucial in determining the finalists.
Take a break and enjoy an insightful talk from NPC Chairman Gary Udit. Learn what it takes to succeed in NPC competitions, with advice directly from one of the top experts in the industry.
It’s showtime! Finalists will take the stage to compete for top honors in their divisions. This is your chance to celebrate your hard work, dedication, and achievements. Awards will be presented to the top 5 winners in each class. Open class competitors will compete for the Overall title for the Division.
Stick around after the show to get personalized feedback from the judges. Learn what you did well and where you can improve—valuable insights for your next competition! Each Division will have chance to sit with a judge to hear their expert feedback in taking the stage next time.

This event is only open to 90 competitors. ALL COMPETITORS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED.
There are NO onsite registrations during check-ins on SATURDAY MORNING 8-9am

Your Registration Fee includes:
- One (1) Novice or True Novice Class in your Division
- One (1) Registration for the Open Class in your Division*
- Access to all three (3) Seminars on Show Day

There is no live streaming of this event. It is an In Person Event Only. Coaches Passes include access to all seminars, all day and both PreJudging and Finals events. Coaches must also have an active NPC Card. Event Ticket Holders are welcome to attend in the Intermission Seminar.
