We take the health and safety of our athletes to the highest level. While you are backstage for YOUR athlete, WE are looking out for ALL the athletes, volunteers and other backstage guests.
Please note, that if someone on the staff asks you to move, relocate or please re-asses, we do so with the utmost respect for you, but we are taking into consideration that one of our athletes may be uncomfortable or we really do need you to move because we are trying to make sure the show flows smoothly.
Backstage Code of Conduct
- Passes include access backstage with athlete (not ON the backstage) and pre-judging and finals tickets.
- Those holding a Coaches/Backstage Pass are NOT allowed on the actual stage for any reason. Once an athlete is in line, you must step back to allow the expediting team to do their jobs.
- Sales of passes will be determined upon available backstage space at the venue (no guarantees).
- Please, do not sales pitch/discuss your services with an athlete while backstage. They are here on show day to do THEIR show.
- Please make sure if you are helping your athlete with tanning that you do so in the appropriate places in the venue. (On the tarp near the official tanning crew.)
- We are a family run show, please make sure you're using appropriate language and conduct backstage.
- Those holding a Coaches/Backstage Pass and their athletes must adhere to very specific rules, which will be discussed during the meeting before pre-judging. Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of privilege being backstage and possibly disqualify athlete, and monies paid will be forfeited.
- During current times, masks may/may not be required. Please be prepared to put your mask on if requested.
**The NPC Staff and Show Volunteers reserve the right to revoke your backstage access if any of the above happen, or anything else makes for an uncomfortable backstage environment. Thank you for helping us make our show days run smoothly, safe and enjoyable for everyone participating!
