What got you started in health & fitness?
I’ve always been in sports such as wrestling and football so I have always been competitive and fit!
What prompted you to want to step on stage?
Actually had some people walk up to me in the gym and asked if I competed and when I said no they made sure to give me a coaches number and told me I needed to call. So I did!
Which show was your first show? How many times have you competed since then? Where?
NPC VA/DC Max Muscle State show in Woodbridge where I took 5th.
NPC Max Muscle VA Classic Woodbridge where I placed 1st
Team Universe finished 7th
North American Championships finished 16th
Are you going to compete again? If so, which shows are you targeting?
Yes I am currently prepping for Team Universe again this July 1st
What’s your favorite body part to train? What exercises?
Chest and dumbbell fly presses would be my favorite.
What’s your LEAST favorite body part to train? What exercises?
I like to train all!!
Do you have a consistent playlist for when you’re working out? Any favorites to get you motivated?
Disturbed and five finger death punch are my go to playlist.
Favorite cheat meal? Go to food?
Pizza
Favorite clean eating meal? Recipe?
Tilapia and asparagus
Do you have a strong support network in place?
My family and friends keep me motivated.
What do you do for a living? How does your training and nutrition work around that?
I serve in the United States Navy so my prep has to be worked around my watches and duty days.
