What got you started in health & fitness?
I am a trainer so always loved this sport
What prompted you to want to step on stage?
Our owner at the gym in worked at! I thought why not
Which show was your first show? How many times have you competed since then? Where?
USBF Figure Category in 2008 and I’ve completed about 12 times since then.
Are you going to compete again? If so, which shows are you targeting?
August NPC in Virginia and Max Muscle in November in Virginia
What’s your favorite body part to train? What exercises?
Legs! Step ups, squats, walking lunges and plyometrics
What’s your LEAST favorite body part to train? What exercises?
Abs Crunches
Do you have a consistent playlist for when you’re working out? Any favorites to get you motivated?
Yes I made one on Spotify! Pop and hip hip

Favorite cheat meal? Go to food?
Chocolate. Love a burger
Favorite clean eating meal? Recipe?
Just sweet potato fries in oven and chicken with gluten free low sugar BBQ sauce

Yes my family

I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach. It helps take care of yourself.
