It’s Almost TIME!

Hi Competitors,
We can’t wait to see all of you in a few short days!!!  This email serves as your confirmation of registration. Below are some important details for you regarding the show.

Friday 11/7 Mandatory Check In:

• Where:  Gar-Field High School
• Time: 4-7pm
• Bring with you: your Paypal receipts (one for registrations and one for confirmation of payment), your NPC card/receipt if you haven’t received the card/money to buy one, your food/water, and your music if you have a routine
• Figure/Bikini – Wear your suit bottoms, judges need to see them on you.  Bodybuilders wear your suits – you will be weighed in with these on.

Saturday 11/8 Competition:
Doors will open to allow you into Gar-Field High School at 7:30am. Please do not show up any earlier than this time.  Mandatory Competitors Meeting: 8:15am – Your numbers will be handed out at this meeting.  If you miss this meeting you will not be able to compete. No trainers, family, friends, guests, etc. will be allowed to attend this meeting – only the athletes! Pre-judging will begin after this meeting at 9:00am. Doors open for the general public at 8am for Pre-judging.

Tickets:
Tickets will be available at the check in and also at the door.

• Pre Judge General Admission $25, Finals General Admission $30 – All Day General Admission $50
• Pre Judge VIP General Admission $35, Finals VIP General Admission $40 – All Day VIP General Admission $60 (These are limited)
• Children 3 & under Free (this is assuming they are not using a seat)
• Children 4-12 Pre-Judging $15 |Finals $20

Trainers Pass:
If you would like your trainer to have access to be backstage with you, you can purchase a trainers pass for them. The cost is $125 and includes general admission to pre-judging and finals. Only one pass per athlete, and there is a maximum number of passes that will be sold to ensure competitor safety.

Reminder: If you are caught spray tanning anywhere in the school other than with the tanning sponsor you will forfeit your registration fees, participation in the show, and pay any monies owed to the school.
