| What got you started in health & fitness? | Before i started my fitness journey, i was about 267 pounds, i fell in love with it the second i started. I eventually ended up dropping 96 pounds, and about 9 months later pursued my first show prep. |
| What prompted you to want to step on stage? | To prove to myself that i can do anything i put my mind to. |
| Which show was your first show? How many times have you competed since then? Where? | NPC Max Muscle Virginia Classic, haven’t competed since. Show was located in Woodbridge, Virginia. |
| Are you going to compete again? If so, which shows are you targeting? | Yes, sometime in 2019 i will be back on stage. |
| What’s your favorite body part to train? What exercises? | My favorite body part to train is back, i love doing heavy rack pulls, pull overs, barbell underhand row, as well as your simple wide grip pull-ups. |
| What’s your LEAST favorite body part to train? What exercises? | My least favorite body part to train is arms, such simple movements allow me to get off focus. |
| Do you have a consistent playlist for when you’re working out? Any favorites to get you motivated? | yes i have a playlist of about 120 songs I’ve been using and adding to over my prep. |
| Favorite cheat meal? Go to food? | My favorite cheat meal is a cheeseburger with bacon or a sirloin with a baked potato. |
| Favorite clean eating meal? Recipe? | My favorite clean meal would have to be tuna steak, asparagus, and almonds. |
| Do you have a strong support network in place? | Yes i have a great coach, and a supportive family. |
| What do you do for a living? How does your training and nutrition work around that? | I work for a drywall company, high intensity work, burning quite a bit of calories, training is hardly affected but nutrition is a little more difficult constantly burning calories throughout the day. |

| Any addition information you’d like to share? | When going into a show prep, you have to make sure it’s what you really want to do because you commit as much as time as a part time would just preparing for the special showday. |
