What got you started in health & fitness?
Maintaining a healthy life has always been important but more so after having my son at the age of 16. I wanted to be a good role model for him and make sure I was always healthy to be able to take care of him.

What prompted you to want to step on stage?
Wanted to drastically change my body since I’ve worked out for 20+ years and hit a plateau. I always admired Fitness models and I continue to say one day I will be on the cover of a Fitness Magazine. ?

Which show was your first show? How many times have you competed since then? Where?
My first show was NGA in Woodbridge. Then NPC Max Muscle 2016 also in Woodbridge. Next show will be NPC American Muscle Supply in MD.

Are you going to compete again? If so, which shows are you targeting?
Yes! Definitely!! Next show is NPC American Muscle Supply August 26 in MD. NPC Max Muscle Nov 2017.

What’s your favorite body part to train? What exercises?
It’s always about the booty gains! Hip Thrust, Single leg Glute bridges, cable kick backs, walking lunges are a few of my favorites.

What’s your LEAST favorite body part to train? What exercises?
Least would probably be biceps but I still do it. Barbell curls, single arm dumbbell curls to name a few.

Do you have a consistent playlist for when you’re working out? Any favorites to get you motivated?
Yes! I have my ‘Gym Beast Mode’ playlist. Haha In da club is definitely in there

Favorite cheat meal? Go to food?
Turkey Burger & Sweet potato fries & anything sweet

Favorite clean eating meal? Recipe?
Lean ground turkey, black beans, green beans

Do you have a strong support network in place?
I do. My Instagran fans are amazing but could use more followers. Follow me @FitPagio97

What do you do for a living? How does your training and nutrition work around that?
I’m a FT HR specialist. I wake up at 3:30am to do my fasted cardio and then I work from 6am-2:30, I’m at the gym by 3pm. I meal prep every Sunday so always have with me my 6 pack bag with 5 meals.

Any addition information you’d like to share?
I’m married and a mom of those amazing kids. My oldest is 22 & my youngest 10. I also Model for Elite Modeling Agency. I enjoy modeling and mixing it with Fitness has been so rewarding.
