What got you started in health & fitness?
Numerous things, I was always smaller than everyone else and shorter than everyone else, I was told I would never be a certain size and that help motivate me. The feeling you get while working out is also amazing and a stress reliever.
What prompted you to want to step on stage?
Motivational support from close friends and family.

Yes, sometimes in November not quite decided on the show

Chest, heavy barbell bench press.
What’s your LEAST favorite body part to train? What exercises?
Core, and calves. I dislike about Everything.

What do you do for a living? How does your training and nutrition work around that?
Active duty military for seven years, while on Deployment nutrition is not your best friend, but we find a way to work around it.
