What got you started in health & fitness?
I always stayed in shape playing sports and decided to start hitting the weights after joining the Army. I now stay in shape to help me in my job as a police officer.
What prompted you to want to step on stage?
It’s always been a goal of mine to compete on stage but it wasn’t until a friend did his first show and I saw his transformation that I decided to go for it.
Which show was your first show? How many times have you competed since then? Where?
April’s NPC MaxMuscle 2017 in Woodbridge, Virginia is my only show to date.
Are you going to compete again? If so, which shows are you targeting?
I plan on competing in the November NPC MaxMuscle.

Chest!!

Abs

Yes, Darren Taylor and the whole staff at his store Total Performance Nutrition as well as my good friend and coach, Larry Sabourin!!!
What do you do for a living? How does your training and nutrition work around that?
Police officer. Making time to eat is easy as long as you don’t mind eating in the car.
