What got you started in health & fitness?
Wanted something different to do that was uplifting and self rewarding.
What prompted you to want to step on stage?
To see how much my body would change during the process

Shawn Ray… 5 shows on all, 3 regional shows in Baltimore 1 regional show in Woodbridge, VA and 1 national show in Miami.

EEO Specialist for the federal government and HR for the army reserves. I pack my meals and take them everywhere I go.
