Riviting Fitness: Stepping up to Posing Clinics

Riveting Fitness is a team of fitness and lifestyle coaching professionals specializing in convenient, fast-proven results. We provide Tabata Style and Small Group Training that empowers our client’s to be able to workout at any fitness level, anywhere. Our personal coaching style turns fat into fuel, promotes lean muscle and is supported by scientific evidence. 

Lisa is a professional in the fitness and corporate wellness industry in the Northern Virginia area focusing on wellness for women ages 8 to 80. She holds her Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise: Exercise and Health Promotion. She has been a working fitness professional in the corporate wellness and commercial fitness industry for the past 13 years.

Lisa has held several prominent positions during her fitness career to include General Manager, Fitness Service Manager, and Regional Account Manager. With this combined experience and education, as well as her passion for fitness and functional training, Lisa co-founded Riveting Fitness Studio. Lisa has also dedicated the last 8 years as a spokesperson for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the American Heart Association. She has passed two Legislative Resolutions in the Commonwealth of Virginia encouraging Virginia’s to adapt healthier lifestyles through proper nutrition and physical activity.

Lisa is creating a personal training and group fitness environment that is engaging, educational, and entertaining at Riveting Fitness. Currently, Lisa is promoting TEAM BAM. A team made up of 10 Elite Bikini Athletes that will hit the NPC stage in the fall of 2012.
