Manager:
The store manager is a long term position; we will be investing significant energy into the manager to help them achieve their goals, and help us grow the business. The store manager will be expected to know or learn fundamentals on diet, nutrition, exercise and supplements.
The store manager will be responsible for working 40-60 hours a week managing several employees, daily store operations, customer engagement, business relationships and community events. Applicants do not need an advanced or college degree, but prior management, retail and health & wellness knowledge is a plus.
Salary/benefits: Base salary of $2000 a month with multiple commissions, product discounts, and educational reimbursements. No medical/dental.
Nutrition Coach:
The Nutrition Coach is responsible for providing nutritional consultations and developing personalized nutrition programs for customers.
Nutrition coaches will be required to know or learn in depth knowledge about nutrition, health, and supplements and apply it towards different ages and lifestyles to create customized, successful nutrition programs for customers.
Salary/benefits: This is a commission only position. If you are already in the health and wellness business, a personal trainer, coach, or group exercise instructor, this may be a great way for you to further assist your clients, athletes and/or team mates.
